Returns & Exchanges
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is:
Unused, unworn and unwashed
In its original condition
Returned with all original packaging and tags intact
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at awwbabysupport@gmail.co.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Once the return has been shipped, please share the tracking details with us.
All returned products will be inspected upon receipt. A return or exchange will be processed only after the product passes our quality check.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order carefully upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at awwbabysupport@gmail.co.in within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for the item to be collected and provide a replacement or store credit, as applicable.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Returns and exchanges are not available for:
Personalised or customised products
Books
Products that have been used, washed, worn, altered or tampered with
Products without their original packaging or tags
Sale items or products purchased using a discount/coupon code, which are considered final sale
Refunds & Store Credit
AwwBaby does not offer refunds for returned products.
For eligible and approved returns, the value of the product will be provided as store credit, after deduction of applicable return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be issued where an item is unavailable after an order has been placed and paid for.
Store Credit
Approved store credit will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue and can be used towards future purchases on AwwBaby.
Store credit is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
